HOPU brand ZYD series fully automatic ultra high vacuum transformer oil purifier adopts Siemens PLC to achieve the automation of whole oil purification process. The machine is able to increase and maintain the oil's dielectric strength by the removal of free and soluble water, free and dissolved air and gases and other particulate matter. The machine is designed for processing oils in workshops, in storage tanks or directly in transformers (energized or de-energized transformers), and it is is particularly suitable for treating high-grade transformer oil, super-voltage transformer oil and new transformer oil. It can be used for filtration of more than 110V substation live line work onsite. The machine can be used as an independent vacuum source with functions of vacuum drying and vacuum oiling.

Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier Feature

The machine adopts T-shaped vacuum chamber and inverted design atomizer, the oil mist passes through both rising and falling process in the vacuum, greatly extending the degassing time of the oil. So, the degassing efficiency of our company's vacuum oil purifier is 1-3 times that of traditional vacuum oil purifier.

Besides the vacuum pump, the machine equips vacuum booster, which can improve the vacuum value highly, ensuring the water-content of the treated oil is less than 1-5 PPM.

Equipped with foam eliminator which without the need to release air into the vacuum chamber, so the machine can operate in high vacuum degree which increasing the degassing efficiency.

Fully automatic operation controlled by Siemens PLC, and the working status of the oil purifier will be immediately displayed on the screen.

The machine is equipped with a discharge pump and liquid level sensor on condenser, when the senor detects the liquid level in condenser, the discharge pump will automatically start, draining the liquid back into the vacuum chamber.

By setting the running time, it is possible to achieve timed automatic shutdown.

Besides oil purification, the machine can be used for vacuum drying and vacuum oiling.

Equipped with oil drip pan, which can ensure the workplace kept clean.
