Series ZYM Mobile type Double-stage vacuum transformer oil purifier Application

HOPU ZYM Series mobile trailer type transformer oil purifier is mainly used for electric power department and industries to deal with various oils such as transformer oil, mutual oil, switch oil and so on. The machine is especially for purifying the insulation oil in all kinds of large power equipment that are above 110KV, especially for the altitude is over 500 meters.

Equipped with PLC Siemens, the machine can fully automatically remove the water, gas and impurities from transformer oil high-efficiently, increasing the dielectric strength and quality of oil, make sure the electric device running safely.

Besides oil purification, the machine can also be used for transformer vacuum pumping and transformer vacuum oil injection.

Features

1) Distinctive removing impurities system filtering through double FH trapezoidal network and absorbing by high polymer without the mechanical power.

2) The electric heater adopts an indirect heating method, and the heat energy of the electric heating wire is transferred to the surface of the heater through thermal conductive materials. The heat recovery device utilizes the energy of hot oil to increase the inlet oil temperature, which can significantly reduce the heating load.

3) Double vacuum pumps for the machine, one is the vacuum pump, the other is the vacuum booster pump, which can improve the vacuum value highly.

4) Two axle trailer equipped with car tires and brake lights for safer driving on the road.

5) The carbon steel door is equipped with high-quality sealing strips, which are waterproof and dustproof; pneumatic support, easy to operate equipment, keep operators away from rain; and equipped with tool box.

6) When the working status of the device is abnormal or requires maintenance, the device will issue an alarm signal.

7) When the equipment encounters a dangerous situation, the internal safety system will force the equipment to automatically shut down.

8) This device provides protection against filter cartridge pressure, oil pump idling, vacuum pump motor overload, vacuum booster motor overload, oil pump motor overload, power phase loss, phase mismatch, high and low voltage, and vacuum pump oil leakage.

9) UK G technology by which the trace water that is show chain, such as dissolved water, can be removed effectively. And duplex 3D stereo-evaporation, eliminating the liquid water quickly.
