HOPU TYA Series Vacuum Lubricant Oil Purifier is designed for the treatment of unqualified industrial oil such as mechanical oil, hydraulic oil, lube oil, compressor oil and refrigerating oil, it can quickly and effectively remove the water, gas, impurities and volatile oil (such as alcohol, gasoline, ammonia Gas, etc.), restore the oil viscosity, flash point and performance.

After treatment, the oil has low emulsification value, very little water content and high impurity precision, and can be reused repeatedly in domestic and overseas high-precision hydraulic lubrication equipment. Suitable for petroleum, chemical, mining, metallurgy, electric power, transportation, machinery manufacturing, railways and other industries of various lubrication oil purification.

Features:

1) The machine adopt deeply and precisely FH rectangular filtering system and highly polymeric adsorbing material filter, which have a good function in anti-corrosive, thermo stable, mechanical strength. And the filters can be washed and repeatedly use, it have long life, low cost.

2) Equips water separation filter, which can remove big size water quickly.

3) The unique degas and dewater technology: Using the Duplex 3D Stereo-Evaporation technical, which can separate the water and gas from the oil quickly by the Multi-level water-oil separation technology. It can remove the free and dissolved water from the oil thoroughly.

4) Advanced temperature controlling system, which can control the oil's temperature and heater's working automatically.

5) The electric heaters have adopt low-load design in heater, ensured it can heat oil uniformly, can effectively prevent cracking and aging hazards of oil. And it is divided into two groups, and can be turned on only one group or fully on as needed.

6) High quality pressure controller keeps the whole operation safely.

7) Adopt Double floating ball liquid level auto-control systems which can control oil inlet and oil outlet automatically.

8) Equips the interlocked preventive device to keep heater, oil pump and filters safe and reliable.
